Southern Youth Forum Lagos Supports Sanwo-Olu’s Reelection Bid, Mobilizes over 20,000 members to vote Sanwo-Olu

The Southern Youth Forum Lagos today, reaffirmed their support for the re-election bid of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his deputy, Babafemi Hamzat, citing continuity of development and inclusiveness in the state.

The Southern Youth Forum Lagos is a group of young professionals from the Niger Delta States working and doing business in Lagos expressed optimism that Sanwo-Olu’s re-election would ensure development and enabling environment for all including business and young professionals.

The team of young professionals led by Mr Wilson Osaretin said that the reason for the Labour Party victory in Lagos during the presidential election on February 25, 2023, was because the people were not sensitised enough, adding that over 30 per cent of the votes in Lagos were from the South-South people.

He further stated that the group has mobilised her over 20,000 members with a door to door campaign to canvas more votes for Sanwo-Olu.

Wilson informed us that they have been engaging young professionals and business people through webinars series of workshops.

He further expressed his appreciation to the Sanwo-Olu for creating an enabling environment for young people to thrive.
